A recruiter and leader of corporate recruiting organizations for  14 years, Claudia brings her passion for measurement and analysis to hiring and retention. She has recruited and/or managed staffing organizations for such globally recognized brands as T-Mobile, Amazon.com, Microsoft, Sprint PCS, and Burger King Corporation; her expertise includes executive search, staffing, recruiter development and training, metrics development and implementation, workforce planning, recruitment technologies, and vendor selection and management. A native of Seattle, Washington, Claudia currently lives with her husband near Fort Lauderdale, Florida; she is an active blogger in the recruiting community, travels often, speaks a little French and Italian, and is happily confused in more than a dozen other languages.

Alise is a seasoned recruiter with a passion for people, creative and intelligent solutions, and delivering service that turns customers into raving fans. She has recruited in corporate and agency environments for more than nine years; most recently her clients have included T-Mobile and Hewitt Associates where she assisted in implementations of large applicant tracking systems. Alise holds a Masters in Liberal Studies focusing on international relations with South America, and a PhD in Human Development with emphasis on work engagement and identity in leaders. She is conversational in Spanish and Portuguese; currently she lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and young daughter.
